Living with migraine can feel isolating and overwhelming. While migraine may severely impact your daily functioning, symptoms and severity often go unseen.

Founded in 2017, Migraine Strong is dedicated to providing encouragement, education, and resources for people living with migraine to help inspire hope in what can sometimes feel like a helpless situation. With content ranging from tips to personal stories, they also offer personalized education and consultation utilizing the expertise of their founding team.

After working with Eileen Zollinger, one of the organization’s co-founders, as our community guide in the Bezzy Migraine community, we are excited to announce a partnership with Migraine Strong focusing on nutrition, diet, and a shared mission to better the daily functioning of those living with chronic migraine.

“How do you navigate those waters without somebody else who’s been there and done that — or at least somebody who is willing to listen to you and lend you a hand in trying to figure out how to manage it?” Zollinger asks. “I want those people to know that they’re not alone.”

Bezzy, a Healthline Media brand, strives to cultivate a supportive community for people navigating chronic health conditions. We believe “community” is not just a place or a group: It’s a feeling and a tool that inspires all of us to live better every day.

How do you navigate those waters without somebody else who’s been there and done that?

—Eileen zollinger, co-founder of migraine strong and bezzy migraine community guide
